Insightnix is a public data dashboard platform operated by Isodev Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office in Manchester, United Kingdom ("Insightnix", "we", "us").

By using this website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The website and its dashboards are provided free of charge for personal, educational and internal business use. You may view, interact with, and share links to dashboards.

If you reference figures or charts from Insightnix publicly, please credit Insightnix and the original data source shown on the dashboard.

Dashboards are built from publicly available datasets published by third-party institutions. Figures are presented as published by those sources, subject to their definitions, methodologies and revisions. How data is selected and prepared is described in our Data practices.

Content is provided for general information only. It is not financial, legal, medical or other professional advice, and you should not make decisions based on a dashboard without consulting the original source and, where appropriate, a qualified professional.

• The website, its design, code, text, branding and the presentation of dashboards are owned by Isodev Limited.
• The underlying datasets remain subject to the licences of their original publishers, such as the Open Government Licence or Creative Commons. Those licences, not these terms, govern reuse of the underlying data.
• You may not copy, reproduce or republish substantial parts of the website or its dashboards without our prior written permission, other than as allowed by the underlying data licences or by law.

You must not:

• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest or bulk-download content from the website without written permission.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or its infrastructure.
• Use the website in a way that breaches applicable law, or misrepresent Insightnix content as your own.

• Dashboard suggestions are welcome and reviewed on a best-effort basis. Submitting a suggestion creates no obligation on us to build it, and no rights over any dashboard we later publish.
• The newsletter is optional. You can unsubscribe at any time, and your email is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our managed dashboard offering, Data Services, is governed by its own terms. If you engage Data Services, the Data Services Terms apply to that engagement in addition to these Terms of Use.

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website, including individual dashboards, at any time.

• Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
• Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the website or its content, including business, investment or policy decisions made on the basis of a dashboard.

• We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with its last-updated date. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance.
• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
